In Loving Memory of My Father

This is probably one of the most difficult things I've ever had to write. My dad fell asleep in death two days ago. He was loved by nearly everyone who knew him. As for the rest, they all respected him. He will be dearly missed by his wife, children, and all who spent time with him.

If you haven't already seen it, I'd love for you to read more about my Dad & Mom's 50th anniversary (click here). Hopefully it will make you smile. I'm sure we'll have more to share with you at some point in the near future when we get back from our trip to Louisiana to be with family. But that's all I want to say for now.

Thanks for all the very kind thoughts and prayers that have been sent our way. Jenni and I — and my entire family — truly appreciate it. Feel free to leave a comment via the "Comments" link below.

U - my heart goes out to you and your family. Wishing you love and support during these heart-breaking times. What a wonderful thing it is, that you have used your talents in preserving such nice visual memories of your father that will last forever. Thoughts and Prayers, and with Deepest Sympathy,

Ulysses and Jenni,

We're so sorry about the loss of your father. Words seem so insignificant at a time like this, but I hope you know that we are thinking of you and praying for you during such a difficult time.

It's ten years since I lost my own father and even though the sadness has subsided, he was a driving force in my life and career. As I grow older, I realise how I'm more and more like him. I find his mannerisms appear at the most unexpected and humourous moments. My father lives on in me, I know that.
